2. Booking
2.1. Appointments can be made via phone, online, or in person at The Chic Beauty Bar, located in either Miami or Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
2.2. A valid credit/debit card may be required to secure certain bookings.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. No-shows will be charged 50% of the amount of the booked service.
3.2. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact The Chic Beauty Bar at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Rescheduling
4.1. Appointments can be rescheduled subject to availability.
5. Late Arrivals
5.1. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment, and the full service fee may still apply.
6. Service Policy
6.1. The Chic Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason.
6.2. All services are provided by trained professionals. However, individual results may vary.
7. Payments
7.1. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
7.2. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other specified payment methods.
8. Gift Certificates
8.1. Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
8.2. Expired gift certificates will not be honored.
9. Liability
9.1. The Chic Beauty Bar is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during or as a result of services provided, except in cases of negligence.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
10.1. The Chic Beauty Bar reserves the right to update or modify these Booking Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Booking Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
